Corrections get priority. If you tell us a figure is wrong, we check it against the manufacturer's published source - not against our memory of it - and if it is wrong we fix it and date the correction visibly on the page. If a correction changes a score, we re-rank and say the order changed. That is the policy, not a courtesy.

Questions about fit we will answer where the arithmetic gives an answer - which is most of the time. Our fit table probably gets you there faster, and you are welcome to check our sums against it.

Products we have missed are genuinely useful to hear about, especially anything that publishes a figure most of its category does not.

What we cannot answer: anything medical, and anything about how a product feels. We have not sat in any of them, there is no clinician here, and we will not improvise on either. Our published limits are here.
